Volunteers Rule!

Thank you for considering becoming a volunteer for The Range. Our volunteers are the lifeblood of our events, and your time, effort and cheer will help put smiles on the faces of countless riders!

TransRockies Volunteer Program

Volunteers mean the world to us, and we want to treat you well. As a volunteer, you’ll receive all the swag racers do, a volunteer-only gift and the warm, fuzzy feeling you get when you’re making a real difference.

As a thank you for donating your time to volunteer with us, each volunteer will be given an event t-shirt and a lunch ticket. If you volunteer with us for the whole day (8hrs and/or more), you'll get a FREE entry to the 2027 event or another comparable event (such as Badlands Grand Fondo or Desert Gravel). If you volunteer with us for less than 8 hrs, we'll extend a 50% off discount code to the 2027 event (or another comparable event such as Badlands Grand Fondo or Desert Gravel).

The Range Volunteer Positions:

  • Aid Stations

  • Course Marshals

  • Finish Line

  • Package Pick Up

Conditions:

  • Only when open volunteer positions are available.

  • Must accept the position assigned (although preferences considered).

  • Credits may only be applied to the event if it’s not sold out.

  • No cash value.

  • No-show volunteers may be ineligible for future opportunities.

  • Transferable to friends and family.

  • Credit expires in 12 months if not used.
