What to Expect:
Program Start: 11 weeks before race day
Weeks 1–4: Build a strong foundation of fitness and strength.
Weeks 5–8: Fine-tune top-end fitness so you arrive at the start line fit, fast, healthy, and well-rested.
The 8-week plan is designed specifically for the demands of The Range.
Training volume peaks at 10 hours per week, but individual needs may vary depending on your current fitness.
